With the Pearle Vision Sight Pass, patients in need can be examined comprehensively by a therapeutically certified optician. For those with prescription vision, the visual ID allows them to get new glasses and a prescription.
Patients who need a consultation or a second opinion have the option of having their examination in a clinic near them or in another clinic. After evaluation, patients will receive additional diagnostic tests that can be performed at any Pearle Vision Sight Pass clinic in Illinois and across the country. Patients who require further evaluation in one of our clinics or who require counselling and / or second opinions have the chance to be evaluated and evaluated with us in clinics closer to their home.
If you don't have a car, we will take the bus to a shop near your doctor, and if the students have their papers processed, it will only take 10-15 minutes for the process to be carried out on our bus by a student who has been tested for it before. Patients have the opportunity to stay in our clinic to begin with a detailed medical history and a physical and then an evaluation plan with the assessment. At the time of listing, patients may also undergo basic follow-up examinations at Northwestern Memorial Hospital or a satellite clinic or participate in group transplant training.

The same kidney transplant services that patients and referring physicians at Northwestern Memorial Hospital are used to are offered in our Crest Hill and Joliet outpatient clinics. Patients, recipients and donors can attend transplant education meetings and clinic visits to determine the candidate for kidney transplants. Once a patient is identified as a candidate, he must be on the list for transplant. A first visit to determine the transplant capacity can be made in the clinic.
We are engaged in community outreach to help people from all over the neighborhood understand the importance of eye care and the need for eye health.
